Making a Tea Bag Card

This is a card the people love and are always asking me to make for them.
The questions that I am always asked is what Die Cut did I use?
So I decided to make a card and take pictures as I go.

The Die Cut is from the "Every Day Paper Doll" cartridge from Cricut

I embossed the teapot and cup with a Script fold by Cutterbug.

Next I inked the teapot and cut

I like to make a slite in th back of the tea bag package.

Then pull the tea bag tag out of the package.

I take a craft knife and cut a slit trough the Die Cut and Card along paper piercing along the top of the cup.

Making sure the cut goes through the card.

Pull the tea bag tag through the slit.

Pull the string of the tea bag tag through enough so that the tag will hang like it is coming out of a tea cup.

Place a double sided tape on the back of the tea bag package.

I like to place the tea bag package on the top of the inside of the card so that you can read the package.

Here is the finished product.

Thanks for looking.
